Korea

From Worker to Business Partner

My relationship with South Korea began as a worker. After passing EPS-TOPIK, I lived and worked in South Korea for approximately four years in the manufacturing industry.

That experience gave me first-hand understanding of Korean workplace culture, discipline, communication, and expectations.

After returning to Indonesia, I used that experience to build recruitment relationships between Indonesian organizations and Korean agencies. Today, I combine recruitment management with digital systems designed to improve services for Korean partners and Indonesian workers.
